By accessing or using TutorTrack AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
TutorTrack AI provides a management platform for tutors, parents, and students, including AI-driven progress tracking, attendance management, and communication tools.
3. Subscription and Fees
Pricing Structure
Our service is billed at a rate of ₹50 per student per month.
- New teachers receive a 90-day free trial.
- Billing is calculated based on enrollment on the 7th of every month.
- Payments are made via UPI or integrated Razorpay gateway.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started, as per our Refund Policy.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for all activities that occur under their account. Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of attendance and exam data entered into the system.
5. Limitation of Liability
TutorTrack AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
