1. Trial Period

At TutorTrack AI, we want to ensure our platform is the perfect fit for your tutoring business. We offer a 90-Day Free Trial for all new teacher accounts. During this period, you have full access to all premium features without any billing.

2. Subscription Billing

After the 90-day trial period, your account will be transitioned to a paid subscription based on your usage. Billing is calculated based on the number of active student enrollments on the 7th of each month.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export before permanent deletion.

4. Refund Policy

Important Note

Given the extended 90-day trial period provided to evaluate the platform, TutorTrack AI does not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing cycle has commenced.

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately.
